About Me

Who am I?

Who am I to write about how to get a traditional job, or how to work at home? My name is Liz. I have worked in Human Resources for many years, specifically in the hiring function.

My background

I have worked for two Semiconductor related companies, Altera and Synopsys as well as two of the hottest Internet companies, eBay and Google. I have primarily worked as a Recruiter and a Recruiting Manager.

My education

I have a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling with Career Counseling emphasis. I am also a certified Career Coach and certified Executive Coach.

My evolution

After moving from California, I began to do contract work, and look at creating a website. I write this website based on my experience and information I have gathered.
